Terms of use agreement<br><br>
1.	By submitting this contact form, you hereby agree to our anti-spam policy.<br>
2.	We have a zero tolerance for spam.<br> 
3.	We DO NOT send unsolicited messages. If you believe you have received spam from us, please let us know so that we may investigate. <br>
4.	For the context of this policy “spam” means any unsolicited messages attempting to sell us a product or service rather than legitimate inquiries into services we offer. This applies to both electronic and physical forms of communication.<br>
5.	For the context of this policy “sender” refers to the actual sender of the spam, and the company they are representing and/or promoting.<br>
6.	It the sender’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information for us to reach them.<br>
7.	Any spam messages received by us will be subject to charge of $1,000 USD to be billed against the sender. Payment may be sent via check to the address listed below. Please contact us for alternate forms of accepted payment.<br>
8.	Payments for spam are due 30 days from being sent. After 30 days charges will begin collecting interest at a rate of 2% monthly.<br>
9.	All disputes related to this agreement are to be settled in jurisdiction local to Clean-Conceptz, LLC.<br>
10.	All legal fees related to the collection of these charges will the responsibility of the sender. We bill our time in the pursuit of these matters at $100/hour.<br>
11.	If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remainder shall not in any way be affected or impaired. Such portion shall only be ineffective to the extent of any such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability. <br>
